Books I Have Written

Ever since I was little, I liked to make up my own stories. I remember my first story I had ever written. It was a picture book made of plain recycled paper, and it was about a hunter and a hippopotamus and a lion. The hippo and the lion got really mad at each other, and started fighting. Finally, the hunter jumped in the middle of them and said, “Stop!” and they stopped fighting. From that day on, the hippo and the lion remained friends forever.

Of course the story of the hippo and the lion wasn’t any Tom Clancy novel, but it was a start to a fun hobby of mine. Then when I got older, I started to learn more about computers. My Dad taught me all about word processing programs on computers, and I guess I sort of taught myself how to type.

At first I didn’t know how to spell, and I just type letters, numbers, and symbols. But when I got even older, I started to type actual stories. One year, I wrote a couple Poke’mon stories, based on the Warner Brothers TV fad. I wrote all about the Poke’mon creatures and people, and I let kids in my class read the stories. I made a total of two Poke’mon stories.

Then I moved on to actual “books”. My teacher would give me white “bare books” or white books that had blank pages in them, used to write down stories and pictures. With those books, I wrote many stories. One story was called “Chess: The Real Game”. That book was about two kids who loved to play Chess. But one day when they are playing, they get sucked into the Chessboard. They have to fight out the knights, Queens, Kings, and all of the other chess pieces. That’s why I called it Chess the Real Game.

A few years later, we got a new computer, and it had a Microsoft Publisher program, which enabled my to actually print my stories in a book format. This format let me fold and bind my stories, so that they looked like real books. Currently, I am working on a series of books called: “The Evil Clown Series”. This is a series of scary books, based on; you guessed it, and evil clown.

So far, I have made one out of three books in the Evil Clown Series. The first book is called “Evil Clown” a pretty original title. Evil Clown is about these two boys named Billy and John, and they see a TV commercial for the circus. The boys decide to go to the circus, but when they get there and evil clown destroys it. He starts killing people with “juggling bombs” and melting away people with “I Scream” (colored acid put on an ice cream cone). The clown is out of control, getting anything in its way. It’s up to Billy and John to stop the clown from killing everyone in town.

Right now, I am in the process of writing the second book in The Evil Clown Series. The second book is called “The Return of Evil Clown”. You can guess what happens in that story right? Then for the third Evil Clown book, I’m going to call it “Immortal”. The third book is planned to be the scariest of all the Evil Clown books.

I like writing a lot, and I might even consider it as a future job, but I don’t know for sure. I like writing because I can put down my ideas and thoughts on paper. Some kids would do anything they could to stay away from writing. But they don’t know how much fun it is. When you write by yourself, nobody tells you what you can, or cannot do.
